Alycia Lang

Alycia Lang is a Durham, North Carolina-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist originally from Northern California. Known for blending indie rock with heartfelt, genre-crossing songwriting, she has developed a reputation for intimate, vulnerable, and emotionally rich music. Her debut full-length album, *Speak the Word to Hear the Sound* (2024), explores themes of life’s transitions, personal growth, and emotional complexity through songs that range from fiery rock anthems to gentle folk reflections. She is also active as a touring musician, notably performing in Samia’s band and making vocal appearances around the indie rock scene.

Before her solo work, Alycia spent years contributing to various bands like Waterstrider and Trails and Ways in Northern California.
