Philippe Rogier (c. 1561 – 1596) was a Franco-Flemish composer of the Renaissance. He was born in Arras, and was a choirboy at the cathedral there. He later studied at the University of Leuven, and became a priest. In 1585, he was appointed choirmaster at the cathedral in Antwerp, where he remained until his death.
Rogier was a prolific composer, and his works include masses, motets, and chansons. His music is characterized by its clarity and elegance, and he was one of the most important composers of his time.
