Formed in 2019, the band consists of vocalist Jack Burnside, guitarists Tom Smith and Jack Smith, bassist Tom Smith, and drummer Jack Smith. Protect This City has released two EPs, "In Memory of Nothing" (2021) and "Six Feet Apart" (2022), and several singles. Their music is characterized by its heavy riffs, soaring vocals, and introspective lyrics that explore themes of loss, grief, and hope.
