Puya is a Puerto Rican progressive metal band from San Juan, formed in 1992. The group is known for blending various musical styles, such as metal, jazz, and Latin American music, into their unique sound. They released their self-titled debut album 'Puya' in 1995, followed by 'Union' in 1996, and 'Fundamental' in 1999.
