Born in 1945 in Avignon, France, Bonnet began his musical career in the 1960s, drawing inspiration from the troubadours of the Middle Ages. Bonnet has released numerous albums throughout his career, including "Symphonie Provencale" and "Vivre," which represented France in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1983.
