N2DEEP

N2DEEP is a rap duo from Vallejo, California, best known for their early ’90s West Coast hip-hop style that blends funky beats with smooth, laid-back rhymes. The group originally consisted of rapper Jay Tee and producer/rapper TL (also known as TL the Rapper). They made a splash in the hip-hop scene with their 1992 hit single “Back to the Hotel,” which gained national attention and became a staple of car culture and summer playlists.

Known for representing the Northern California “V-Town” scene, N2DEEP built a dedicated following with their party-ready tracks and collaborations with fellow West Coast artists. Over the years, Jay Tee continued releasing music under the N2DEEP name, keeping the classic Bay Area sound alive and bridging old-school vibes with newer generations.
