Artists such as Kim Yong-Im, Jin Sung, and Lee Mi Ja often wear traditional or semi-formal attire during performances, underscoring the genre's connection to Korean cultural heritage. With its catchy melodies and the heartfelt delivery of singers, trot continues to maintain its status as a staple genre in the Korean music scene.
