Sebastián Yatra, born Sebastián Obando Giraldo on October 15, 1994, in Medellín, Colombia, is a talented singer, songwriter, and stage actor known for blending romantic Latin pop ballads with modern reggaeton vibes. He grew up primarily in Miami, where he started singing at a young age and developed his musical skills, including piano and guitar. Yatra broke through in Latin America in 2016 with his hit "Traicionera," which propelled him to international success. Since then, he has released three studio albums such as *Mantra* (2018) and *Fantasía* (2019), and collaborated with a wide variety of artists like Carlos Vives, Daddy Yankee, Natti Natasha, and the Jonas Brothers.

Yatra’s music is celebrated for its heartfelt, romantic lyrics that combine traditional influences with contemporary urban sounds, making him a favorite among fans of both ballads and reggaeton. Beyond music, he has explored acting, appearing in shows and animated films. His dynamic career continues to grow, highlighted by his debut on Broadway in 2024 in the musical *Chicago* and his upcoming lead role in a Netflix musical series directed by Manolo Caro.
