Jon Fratelli

Jon Fratelli is a Scottish musician best known as the lead singer and guitarist of The Fratellis, the Glasgow-based indie rock band that broke out in the mid-2000s with their hit single “Chelsea Dagger.” Born John Paul Lawler, he adopted the stage name Jon Fratelli as part of the band’s persona. His energetic stage presence and knack for writing catchy, guitar-driven anthems quickly made him a standout figure in the UK rock scene.

Outside of The Fratellis, Jon has explored solo material, releasing albums like Psycho Jukebox and Bright Night Flowers. These projects showcase a different side of his songwriting, veering into more introspective and melodic territory compared to the rowdy rock energy of his band. Whether fronting a crowd with The Fratellis or exploring new sounds on his own, Jon Fratelli continues to deliver music with heart and style.
