rRoxymore is the creative project of Hermione Frank, a French-born, Berlin-based electronic music producer and DJ known for her explorative, abstract, and playful approach to dance music. Starting her career in Paris's underground scene blending trip hop, funk, disco, and jazz, she moved to Berlin over a decade ago, where her sound evolved within the city's vibrant electronic community. She is celebrated for her intricate polyrhythms and music crafted more for late-night listening than peak-time club play, utilizing both analog gear and laptops in her live performances. Since her debut under the rRoxymore name in 2012, she has released a steady flow of EPs and albums, including *Face to Phase* (2019) and *Perpetual Now* (2022), and has been involved in the queer collective Room 4 Resistance, which champions inclusivity and political awareness on the dancefloor. Her music has featured on respected labels such as Smalltown Supersound, Don't Be Afraid, and Aus Music, and her remix work includes reinterpreting tracks by The Knife.
