CJ Wildheart
**CJ Wildheart** is a British musician best known as the co-founder and guitarist of the raucous rock band The Wildhearts. Born Chris Jagdhar, he brought gritty riffs and punk energy to the band’s genre-blurring sound during their ’90s heyday and beyond. Though he stepped back from The Wildhearts in the 2000s, CJ remained active, dropping solo material and collaborating with acts like Honeycrack and The Jellys. His recent work—like the cheeky *SLOTS* EP, the riff-heavy *Siege*, and the anthemic *State Of Us*—showcases his signature blend of raw rock hooks and unapologetic attitude. Whether howling over chaotic live tracks (*Kicks [Live]*) or leaning into snarling garage-punk (*Blood*), CJ keeps things loud, unpolished, and infectiously rebellious.
