Mythos

Mythos is a Canadian new age and ambient music project formed in 1996 by keyboardist Bob D'Eith and classical guitarist Paul Schmidt, both from Vancouver. Their sound is built around the elegant interplay of acoustic guitar and piano, enriched with synthesizers and various musical styles, creating a unique blend of ambient, dance, and world music vibes. Originally conceived as a platform to write for film and TV, Mythos quickly gained a following with albums like *Introspection* and *Iridescence*, which earned them chart success and critical acclaim, including a peak at number 18 on the Billboard Top New Age Albums chart. Over the years, Mythos has continued to evolve, celebrating milestones such as their 15th and 25th anniversaries with remastered collections and new material, carving out a legendary reputation alongside artists like Enigma and Delerium.
