Axel Schylström

Axel Schylström is a Swedish singer who first gained recognition in 2015 as a contestant on season eleven of Swedish Idol, where he finished in fourth place. Born on February 24, 1993, in Norrköping, Sweden, Schylström has since become a notable figure in the Swedish music scene.

In 2017, Schylström competed in Melodifestivalen, Sweden's national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest, with the song "När ingen ser". He has continued to release music and participate in Melodifestivalen, including a 2023 appearance with the song "Gorgeous". Schylström's music career has been marked by resilience, as he survived a serious accident in 2012 that resulted in burns on 70% of his body after receiving a 16,000 volt electric shock.
