CARTHIEFSCHOOL

CARTHIEFSCHOOL is a post-punk trio hailing from Sapporo, Japan. Formed in 2016, the band consists of Tomoya Murosaki on guitar and vocals, Genki Tsusaka on bass, and Yudai Takasago on drums. Their sound combines a powerful rhythm section with sinewy guitar lines and acerbic vocals, blending elements of jazz, math rock, and post-hardcore into their unique sonic identity. This blend creates a dynamic and intense musical experience that has contributed to their emergence from Japan's underground scene.
