Donor Lens is an electronic music duo based in the UK, consisting of Thom Hosken (also known for Love in Dust and Wichita LimeWire) and Jay Sabourin (who goes by Kid Neon). They create a blend of future funk and vaporwave, using both original compositions and innovative sample manipulations. The duo emerged on the scene with their first album "Miracle Lounge" in October 2019 and has since gained recognition for their unique sound and limited edition vinyl releases.
Their music often features infectious grooves and enchanting melodies, drawing inspiration from artists like Daft Punk and Vulfpeck, as well as 80s synth-pop. Donor Lens has built a following among electronic music fans and vinyl collectors alike, with albums like "Error Area" (released in June 2021) helping to solidify their place in the electronic music landscape.
