GOODWIN
**GOODWIN** is the solo project of **Rob Goodwin**, the frontman and baritone vocalist of Manchester's indie-pop band, **The Slow Show**. Born in Germany and based in Berlin's creative Neukölln neighborhood, GOODWIN crafts intimate, vulnerable songs exploring themes of love, loss, and connection. Drawing inspiration from the moody atmospheres of Leonard Cohen and Nick Drake, his music blends deeply personal storytelling with dreamy, introspective soundscapes. After taking a break from touring with The Slow Show in late 2023, GOODWIN began working on his solo material—a collection of raw, tender recordings born from quiet moments at home and shaped through collaboration with producer Lambert. His debut album *Lifeline* arrived in 2025 as an ode to enduring love and the quiet bravery required for genuine human connection.
