Roswell Six

Roswell Six is a cool progressive rock supergroup that came together as a musical companion to author Kevin J. Anderson's epic sci-fi/fantasy saga, Terra Incognita. Formed in the late 2000s, the project was spearheaded by keyboardist and producer Erik Norlander, who assembled a rotating cast of talented musicians and vocalists from the prog scene, including his wife Lana Lane on vocals, plus guest stars like James LaBrie from Dream Theater, Michael Sadler from Saga, and John Payne from Asia. Their music blends symphonic rock with storytelling elements that tie directly into Anderson's novels, creating an immersive experience for fans of both books and tunes.

The band's debut album, *Terra Incognita: Beyond the Horizon* (2009), kicked things off with a bang, followed by *Terra Incognita: A Line in the Sand* (2010), both released through Think Tank Media. While they've kept a low profile since then without new releases that I'm aware of, their work remains a hidden gem for prog enthusiasts, perfectly capturing the adventurous spirit of the stories they're based on.
