He began his music career in the mid-1990s with the group Centro13, alongside other notable rappers like Ciacca and Mistaman. After Centro13 disbanded, Frank Siciliano pursued a solo career, releasing his debut album *Monkey Island* in 2000. He is also a founding member of the Unlimited Struggle collective, which has produced several albums, including *Struggle Music* in 2007. Frank Siciliano has continued to evolve as an artist, releasing more recent works such as *L.U.N.A.* in 2015 and *Senza gravità* in 2017. His music often reflects his creative versatility and collaborative spirit, evident in his numerous collaborations with other artists in the Italian hip-hop scene.

Frank Siciliano's artistic journey extends beyond music; he co-founded Frame24, a videomaking company, in 2003, further showcasing his creative depth.
