Ceylon Sailor is an indie rock band from Los Angeles, California. The band was formed in 2018 by singer-songwriter and guitarist Alex Melton, bassist and vocalist Emily Rose, and drummer and vocalist Max Green. Ceylon Sailor's music is characterized by its dreamy, atmospheric sound, which has been compared to bands like The Cure, Slowdive, and My Bloody Valentine. The band has released two EPs, "lines seem severed" and "not where we were," and is currently working on their debut album.
