Fran

Fran (法蘭), also known as Fran Chen, is a Taiwanese singer-songwriter, producer, and frontwoman of the indie band Frankie's Band (法蘭黛樂團). Known for her moody, atmospheric blend of indie rock and dream pop, she crafts emotionally rich tracks that explore vulnerability and self-reflection, as heard in introspective releases like "我永遠都不夠好" ("I'm Never Good Enough") and "逞強的溫柔" ("Forced Tenderness"). Fran gained wider recognition through her film soundtrack work, notably composing and performing for the 2020 drama *Dear Tenant* (《親愛的房客》), including the haunting prelude theme "在夢裏" ("In the Dream").
