Meursault is a Scottish indie folk band fronted by singer-songwriter Neil Pennycook. The band is known for its distinct sound that blends elements of folk, electronic, and alternative music. Formed in Edinburgh in 2006, Meursault quickly gained traction in the local music scene with their debut album "Pissing on Bonfires / Kissing with Tongues" released in 2008.
