Sugar Thrills

Sugar Thrills is an Indonesian shoegaze band that emerged with a shared passion for atmospheric music. The band was formed when Agik (guitars) approached Galant (guitarist/vocalist) with the idea of starting a new project. They began jamming with Dede (drums) and Arya (bass) in a music studio, initially playing cover songs before moving on to original material. Their sound is heavily influenced by shoegaze and newgaze bands like Title Fight, Nothing, and Whirr. Sugar Thrills have released several notable tracks, including "Forgive," and have been well-received in their local music scene for bringing a fresh sound to the area. They have also collaborated on projects like the "Sugar Thrills / Eastcape Split" and have released singles such as "Resurface" and "Universe."
