Paradis was a French electronic music duo composed of Simon Mény and Pierre Rousseau. The Paris-based pair captured the essence of French touch and synthpop, crafting an evocative blend of delicate melodies and danceable rhythms. Emerging onto the music scene with their single "Parfait Tirage b/w La Ballade de Jim" in 2011, Paradis quickly garnered attention for their lush and atmospheric sound, fusing together elements of house music with dreamy vocals and introspective lyrics.

Their work often struck a balance between nostalgic reverie and contemporary electronic beats, a synthesis that won them a dedicated fanbase. Paradis released a string of successful pieces including "Hémisphère / Je m'ennuie" and the sweeping "Mirage sur le Nil / Toi et moi," which showcased their ability to create cinematic soundscapes.
