KOMPROMAT
KOMPROMAT is a French electronic music duo formed by Vitalic and Rebeka Warrior. The group emerged on the music scene in 2019 with the release of their debut album "Traum und Existenz." Their sound is inspired by old Berlin techno, blending elements of post-punk and electronic music. Rebeka Warrior, known for her work with Sexy Sushi and Mansfield.TYA, provides vocals for the project, while Vitalic, an established French electronic music composer, handles production.
The duo's music is characterized by its dark, danceable sound that draws comparisons to groups like Einstürzende Neubauten and Crash Course in Science. After a brief hiatus, KOMPROMAT reformed in 2024 and is set to release their second album "PLДYING / PRДYING" on January 24, 2025. Their recent singles include "I LET MYSELF GO BLIND" and "LIFT ME UP," showcasing the group's evolution while maintaining their signature electronic style.
