Sorcia

Sorcia is a Seattle-based stoner/doom metal trio known for their desert-rock grooves and heavy, riff-driven sound. Formed in 2019 around the core duo of guitarist/vocalist Nicole and drummer JB, the band blends fuzzy, Sabbath-worthy distortion with Nicole’s haunting vocal melodies, creating a vibe that’s equal parts hypnotic and thunderous. They’ve carved a niche in the Pacific Northwest’s thriving heavy music scene, releasing their self-titled debut album in 2020 and following up with 2023’s *Lost Season*, which showcases their knack for pairing introspective lyrics with earth-shaking instrumental passages. Live shows are their bread and butter—they’ve earned a reputation for raw, sweat-drenched performances that leave audiences equal parts dazed and energized.
