Zammuto is a musical project led by Nick Zammuto, a Vermont-based composer, vocalist, and musician. Nick Zammuto is best known for his work as half of the collage-pop duo The Books, which he co-founded and was part of until the group disbanded in 2012. Following The Books, Zammuto embarked on a solo career, releasing music that continues to explore intricate electronic compositions. His self-titled album, *Zammuto*, was released in 2012 and marked a new direction in his musical journey. The project has since released several albums and EPs, including *Anchor* and *Veryone*. Zammuto's music often reflects his unique blend of electronic and organic elements, influenced by his life in the Green Mountains of Vermont, where he resides with his family on a self-sufficient property.
