Then Jerico

Then Jerico was a British new wave/post-punk band that made waves in the late '80s with their sharp suits, brooding lyrics, and anthemic synth-rock sound. Formed in 1983 by frontman Mark Shaw, the band became known for dramatic singles like "The Big Area" and "What Does It Take," blending Shaw's theatrical vocals with punchy guitar work and moody synth textures. Their debut album *First (The Sound of Music)* (1985) and follow-up *The Big Area*
