Babel Fish

Babel Fish is a Norwegian rock band that first made waves in the late '90s with their melodic, hook-driven sound. Originally formed by ex-members of the band The Snakes (which included former TNT members), they debuted in 1999 with their self-titled album, blending catchy rock anthems and prog-adjacent flair. Their sophomore album, *Light From a Dead Star* (2001), solidified their reputation, featuring fan favorites like "Crash" and "Woman in the Moon." After a hiatus in the mid-2000s, the band regrouped in 2018 with renewed energy, releasing new material like *Follow Me When I Leave* (2020) and revisiting their catalog with live recordings, including the raw energy of *Woman in the Moon (Live)*. Known for their lush harmonies and theatrical live shows, Babel Fish continues to ride that sweet spot between nostalgic rock grandeur and modern precision.
