Muzyka Końca Lata

Muzyka Końca Lata is a Polish alternative rock band formed in 2002 by Bartosz Chmielewski in Mińsk Mazowiecki. Initially conceived as a solo project focusing on guitar and vocals, the group evolved into a full-fledged band. The current lineup includes Bartosz Chmielewski (vocals, guitar), Marcin Biernat (guitar, vocals), Ola Bilińska (vocals), and Arkus (drums). Their music is characterized by a melancholic tone, blending elements of Polish big beat with psychedelia.

The band gained recognition after winning a rock band competition in Wiśniew in 2005, which led to a tour with the band Happysad. Muzyka Końca Lata has released several albums, including "Jedno wesele, dwa pogrzeby," "2:1 dla dziewczyn," "PKP Anielina," "Szlagiery," "Złoty krążek," "Prywatny Ciechocinek," and most recently "Perła Wszechświata" in 2024. Their songs often feature on popular music charts, such as the List of Hits of Program Three. The band has also performed at notable festivals like the Off Festival and Męskie Granie.
