PHD is a British electronic music duo formed in 1981. The band consists of Peter Hooton and David Hemingway. They are best known for their hit singles "I Won't Let You Down" and "Washed Away". PHD has released five studio albums and have toured extensively throughout their career. They continue to release new music and perform live, delighting fans with their energetic and uplifting electronic sound.
