Sydney Quiseng

Sydney Quiseng is a **country/Americana singer-songwriter** born and raised in Southern California who's best known as the lead vocalist of the indie-pop band Echosmith. At age 9, she formed Echosmith with her brothers and co-wrote the **triple-platinum hit "Cool Kids,"** which catapulted the band to international touring and three studio albums. After nearly two decades with the band, Quiseng stepped into a solo career in 2024, drawing inspiration from her Nashville songwriting sessions and blending coastal country, seventies influences, and Americana vibes. Her solo work is more introspective and personal than her band material, with standout releases including her debut EP *PHASES* (2025) and singles like "Wonder," "Guilty," and "I Need Findin'"—which showcase her evolution as an artist exploring themes of self-discovery, nature, and resilience.

With over 65 songs written for her solo project, Quiseng continues to balance her work with Echosmith while building momentum as a solo artist. Her music draws from her experiences—including getting married at 21 and becoming a mother—and reflects her genuine, storytelling approach to songwriting. She's collaborated with producer Oscar Charles in Franklin, Tennessee, and her sound weaves together the melodic sensibilities she honed with her brothers with deeper, more personal narratives that resonate with audiences seeking authentic, emotionally grounded music.
