Santonegro

**Santonegro** is a dynamic band from Valencia, formed in 2014 by Juan José. Their music is deeply rooted in the rock, grunge, and metal scenes of the '80s and '90s, capturing the raw energy of the underground. After releasing their debut album *Derailing*, they gained significant attention in Spain. In 2017, their breakout album *Flesh & Bones* catapulted them onto the international stage under Art Gates Records. The band has undergone lineup changes over the years, incorporating fresh talents like Víctor on drums and Lenny on bass, vocals, and backing vocals. More recently, they welcomed Dani and David into the fold. Their 2021 album *Roots* was well-received by critics, and they continued to evolve with *The Shelter* in 2023. Santonegro’s collaboration with acclaimed producer Raúl Abellán led to the release of *Falling Down*, showcasing their evolving sound while staying true to their roots. Recent releases include *Pure Gold* and *The Shelter*, highlighting their growth in the stoner rock/metal genre.
