Gary Kemp is an English singer, songwriter, and guitarist best known as a member of the new wave band Spandau Ballet. He co-founded the band with his brother Martin Kemp in 1979 and wrote or co-wrote many of their hit songs, including "True," "Gold," and "Only When You Leave." After Spandau Ballet disbanded in 1990, Kemp pursued a solo career and released several albums, including "Little Bruises" (1995) and "In Solo" (2021). He has also acted in films and television shows, including "The Krays" (1990) and "EastEnders" (2019).
