Blacktop
Blacktop is an indie rock band from Brooklyn, New York. The band was formed in 2015 by singer-songwriter Kevin Dye and guitarist Chris Henderson. They released their debut album, "Gardening is a Practice, Not an Idea," in 2017, which was met with critical acclaim. The band has since released two more albums, "It's Not So Sad All the Time" (2019) and "Expectations" (2021). Blacktop's music is characterized by its dreamy, atmospheric sound and introspective lyrics. The band has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and has shared the stage with bands such as The War on Drugs, Real Estate, and Beach House.
