Telstar Drugs was a post-punk band that formed in Calgary and later relocated to Montreal. The band consisted of David Lavoie (bass until 2014), Alex Lavoie (drums), Michael Halls (guitar & vocals), Raff Macmahan/Raf Wilcot (guitar & vocals), and Josh Boguski (bass from 2014 onwards). They released several albums, including "Telstar Drugs," "Endless Straight," "Weather Underground," "Sonatine," and "Young One." The band was active until they disbanded in 2016.
Their music traversed through various themes and soundscapes, reflecting their post-punk roots with a blend of dynamic rhythms and atmospheric elements.
