Circus Brothers

Circus Brothers is a vibrant sextet known for their energetic blend of genres, particularly their unique "disco-balkan" style, which combines Balkan brass with influences from disco, rap, house, electronica, and folk. Their music features a traditional instrumentation including drums, keyboards, clarinet, violin, trombone, baritone horn, melodeon, and guitar. The band draws inspiration from Czech and Balkan brass music, as well as personal travel experiences that inform their research and creative process. One of their notable members is Martin Sedlák, a violinist who has been involved in academic research on music and has traveled extensively with the band. Circus Brothers have performed at numerous festivals and clubs across Europe, entertaining audiences with their infectious energy.
