FAKETHIAS

Fakethias, whose real name is Mathias Humlen, is a Norwegian electronic music artist known for his experimental and club-oriented sound. He gained recognition with his debut EP *Attune* in 2018, which was even nominated for a Spellemannspris, Norway's equivalent of a Grammy. Fakethias' music often blends contrasting elements, such as heavily processed sounds and soothing melodies, creating a dynamic and immersive experience. He has performed at notable festivals like Sónar Barcelona and Borealis, showcasing his unique blend of electronic and dance genres.

Recently, Fakethias released his album *Core Echo*, which explores a more melodic side of his music. He is also involved with the audiovisual project and label Massive Gain, which he co-directs. Fakethias' performances are characterized by their energetic and captivating nature, often featuring a mix of melancholic anthems and pulverizing rhythms.
