New Translations
New Translations is an indie rock band from Chicago, Illinois. Formed in 2015, the band consists of vocalist and guitarist Kevin Fairbairn, bassist and vocalist Alex Menne, and drummer and vocalist Matt Jones. Their music is characterized by its catchy melodies, jangly guitars, and introspective lyrics. New Translations have released two EPs, "Vacation" and "Sally," and a full-length album, "Rat People." They have toured extensively throughout the Midwest and have shared the stage with bands such as Beach Bunny, The Beths, and The Districts.
