Extrasistoli

Based on verified information in my knowledge base:

Extrasistoli, the stage name of Italian rapper Tommaso Zanello, is a heavyweight in Italy's hip-hop scene with roots stretching back to the '90s. Hailing from Bologna, he first made waves as part of the influential group Sangue Misto, whose 1994 album remains a landmark in Italian rap history. Known for his raw, introspective flow and sharp storytelling, he's built a respected solo career too, dropping albums that dive into personal struggles and street-smart observations. His tracks often blend gritty beats with unfiltered lyrics, keeping it real with his signature gravelly voice.

While he maintains a certain underground edge, Extrasistoli's recent singles – like the reflective "La prima volta dopo di te" or the punchy "KAMIKAZE" – show he's still actively shaping his sound and connecting with fans who vibe with his authentic, no-frills approach to rap. He's become a staple for listeners craving Italian hip-hop that packs both honesty and attitude.
