Sniff 'n' the Tears are a British rock band formed in 1978. The band is best known for their 1978 hit single "Driver's Seat", which reached number 15 on the UK Singles Chart and number 1 on the US Billboard Hot 100. The band's other singles include "Love/Action" (1979), "Johnny Teardrop" (1980), and "The Riddle" (1981). Sniff 'n' the Tears have released a total of six studio albums, the most recent of which is 2020's "Random Elements".
