Borough Council is a four-piece indie rock band from London, England. Formed in 2018, the band consists of vocalist and guitarist Jack Mercer, bassist and vocalist Tom Fuller, guitarist and vocalist Sam Hopkins, and drummer and vocalist Matt Jones. Their music is characterized by its catchy melodies, jangly guitars, and introspective lyrics. Borough Council has released two EPs, "Strobe Lights" and "Casino," and is currently working on their debut album.
