Duff McKagan is a Seattle-born bassist, songwriter, and author best known for his time with the iconic rock band Guns N' Roses. He co-founded the band in 1985 and played a crucial role in their rise to fame, contributing to their signature sound and songwriting. After leaving Guns N' Roses in 1997, McKagan pursued various musical projects, including forming the supergroup Velvet Revolver and releasing several solo albums. He has also written two books, including his autobiography "It's So Easy (And Other Lies)."
