Barbara Pravi is a French singer-songwriter known for emotionally direct, chanson-leaning pop that puts her voice and storytelling front and center. Born in Paris in 1993, she began writing for other artists before stepping out under her own name, and she’s built a reputation for songs that feel intimate and theatrical at the same time.
She broke through to a much wider international audience when she represented France at the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 with “Voilà,” finishing as the runner-up and earning major attention for her classic, French chanson style. Since then, she’s continued releasing music that balances personal themes with strong melodic hooks, including tracks like “Marianne,” “Bravo,” and “Lève-toi.”
