Buffalo Galaxy is an indie rock band from Los Angeles, California. The band was formed in 2018 by singer-songwriter and guitarist Ryan Gustafson, bassist and vocalist Emily Kempf, and drummer and vocalist Max Whipple. Buffalo Galaxy's music is characterized by its dreamy, ethereal sound, which has been compared to bands like Beach House and DIIV. The band has released two EPs, "Paint" (2019) and "New Escape" (2021), and is currently working on their debut album.
