Farthest Outpost is a post-metal band from the United States. Formed in 2017, the band consists of vocalist and guitarist Ryan McFate, bassist and vocalist Justin Bean, and drummer and vocalist Matt Bayles. Their music is characterized by its heavy, atmospheric sound, with elements of doom metal, sludge metal, and post-rock. Farthest Outpost has released two full-length albums, "Colder Days" (2019) and "Tomorrow's Fate" (2021), as well as several EPs and singles. Their music has been praised for its emotional intensity and its ability to create a sense of dread and foreboding.
