Daddy's Beemer

Daddy's Beemer is a Charleston-based indie rock band formed in October 2016 at Clemson University. The band consists of Brady Sklar (lead vocals and guitar), Bob Magee (guitar), Wesley Heaton (bass), and Payton Kutyla (drums). They are known for their dreamy, buoyant sound, drawing influences from bands like Two Door Cinema Club and The Cure, mixed with elements of R.E.M. and Frank Ocean. Daddy's Beemer has released several EPs and albums, including their debut EPs and more recent works like "Denmark" and "Tangles." They have been active on the live circuit, performing over 200 shows across the U.S., including notable appearances at SXSW.

Their music often explores themes of love and life, with a dynamic live performance that is energetic and emotionally engaging. The band has gone through some lineup changes over the years, with past members including Luke Waldrop and Brandon Gallagher. Despite these changes, Daddy's Beemer continues to build a strong fan base in their home state of South Carolina and beyond.
