Submotion Orchestra
Submotion Orchestra is a British electronic jazz band formed in Leeds in 2009. The band consists of Tommy Evans (vocals, guitar), Ali Friend (drums), Chris Hargreaves (bass), and Oscar Grapper (keyboards). Their music is a blend of jazz, electronica, and soul, and has been described as "cinematic" and "atmospheric." Submotion Orchestra has released five studio albums, including "Finest Hour" (2011), "Alium" (2013), and "Colour Theory" (2015). They have toured extensively throughout the UK and Europe, and have performed at festivals such as Glastonbury and Latitude.
