Okan

Okan is the Toronto-based duo of Cuban-born multi-instrumentalists Elizabeth Rodriguez and Magdelys Savigne, blending Afro-Cuban roots with jazz, folk, and global rhythms. Both classically trained musicians (violin and percussion, respectively), they infuse their music with Yoruba chants, jazz improvisation, and contemporary social commentary, often switching between Spanish, English, and Lucumí languages.
