Humble Grumble

Humble Grumble is a Belgian band founded in 1996 by Gabor Voros (Hungarian) and Tom Theuns (Flemish) in Ghent, Belgium. Initially, the group started as a folk-rock project evolving from a "flip-folk" band called Dearest Companion. Over time, Humble Grumble developed a unique sound that is jazzy and reminiscent of Frank Zappa's eclectic style. The band is led by singer/guitarist Gabor "Humble" Vörös. They have released several albums showcasing their blend of jazz and rock influences.

Some of their notable releases include "Guzzle It Up" and recent live performances captured in albums like "The Busker (Live at the Gentse Feesten 2019)" and "Humble Grumble (Live)". These releases demonstrate the band's energetic live performances and their commitment to exploring diverse musical genres. Despite an initial focus on folk-rock, Humble Grumble has evolved to incorporate a range of styles, making them a compelling act in the progressive rock scene.
