Sabïre

Sabïre is a musical project that began in December 2010 in Winnipeg, Canada, founded by Scarlett Monastyrski. Initially, the band was a solo endeavor, with Scarlett aiming to create music that flowed naturally from her guitar playing without adhering to any specific genre. Over time, the concept evolved to include a distinctive show style and sound, which they describe as "Acid Metal." This style is characterized by its biting realism in lyrics and a unique sound production that sets them apart from the modern metal scene. Scarlett Monastyrski is the core member, handling a variety of instruments and vocals, and the band has had several lineup changes over the years.

Sabïre has released several notable tracks and albums, including "Jätt," "The Last Day," "I'm A Rock," "Call Me Bastard," "Live In Hamburg," "Ice Cold Lust," "Mistress Mistress," and "Gates Ajar." The band's journey has taken them from Canada to Australia, where they continued to develop their unique sound. Scarlett Monastyrski has a background in various musical genres, having played in bands like Protect and Survive before starting Sabïre. The band's determination to break the mold and create something distinctive has garnered them attention in the heavy music scene.
